Job Description
Seeking compassionate RN for supervisory role in a faith-based long-term care setting.
Lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, providing direct resident care and ensuring quality standards.
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring care plans, training staff, and coordinating with other departments.
Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania; experience preferred but not required.
Work involves frequent movement, communication with residents and staff, and responding to emergencies.
Environment includes potential exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous chemicals.
