Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health and community care services.

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Offer clinical counseling for mental health issues, including PTSD.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to support peer healing.
  • Manage case files and ensure HIPAA-compliant record keeping.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care in community settings.
  • Utilize coding for documentation and billing of behavioral health services.
  • Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis practices.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, experience in behavioral health, and proficiency in HIPAA compliance. Knowledge of PTSD care is preferred. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability are essential.
