Job Description
Providing in-home/community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents, including skill building, support counseling, and psycho-education for individuals and families.
Implementing evidence-based interventions such as individual therapy, play therapy, and applied behavioral analysis based on personalized treatment plans.
Utilizing behavioral interventions and management strategies to support client progress.
Documenting activities accurately in the reporting system, completing time logs, and writing progress reports.
Creating a safe, professional, and comfortable environment at all times and attending monthly staff meetings.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, a relevant degree or licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), a driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
Part-time and full-time roles available; pay ranges from $65-$90/hr with benefits such as 401(k), insurance options, flexible scheduling, and professional development.
Work is primarily on the road with a remote interview process, and supervision towards licensure is offered.
