Seeking an energetic Nurse Practitioner for a full-time wound care rounding role in Portland, OR, focused on positive patient outcomes.

Manage a full patient load across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home settings.

Provide direct patient care, implement treatment protocols, and ensure accurate documentation.

Collaborate with clinical teams to improve care quality and meet audits and QA standards.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare partners.

Maintain certifications, licensure, and pursue wound care certification within a year if not already certified.

Requires board certification, 1+ year wound care and NP experience, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities include following protocols, coordinating care, and demonstrating leadership qualities.

Full-time position with no weekend shifts, offering $140,000/year plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
