We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a traveling role covering Uvalde, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Kingsville, and Corpus Christi.

Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized wound care plans.

Perform wound procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and skin grafts.

Monitor patient vital signs and identify complications.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Accurately document interactions using ICD-10 coding.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Stay current with wound care best practices and pursue ongoing professional development.

Must be willing to travel; mileage and overnight expenses are reimbursed.

Preferred candidates have wound care experience, proficiency in assessment, and familiarity with coding.

Background in adult practice, Home Health, LTC, or dementia care is advantageous.

Full-time position with a salary from $175,000 annually.
