Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team.

  • Provide comprehensive care across all ages through physical exams, health assessments, and personalized care plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging, to support diagnosis and treatment.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership.
