We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus to serve diverse community members in Sioux City, IA, in a hybrid remote setting.

  • Responsibilities include conducting initial psychosocial assessments, providing individual therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with team members.
  • Requires LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, with preferred independent licensure and 2+ years of experience. Valid driver’s license and good communication skills are essential; bilingual skills are a plus.
