Job Description

We are seeking a trauma-informed licensed clinician in Nebo/Morganton, NC, to provide mental health services for children and families.

  • Master’s Degree or higher required.
  • NC Licensure (associate or full) necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include rostered in TF-CBT, participation in the NC Child Treatment Program, or national certification.
  • Experience with substance use treatment and traumatized children is preferred.
  • Responsibilities include assessments, therapy (e.g., Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Centered Treatment), case management, and collaboration with other providers and DSS.
  • Salary is based on experience and education, with benefits such as health insurance, annuity plan, and paid time off.
  • This full-time position requires in-person work Monday to Friday, with on-call duties.
