Job Description
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living communities.
Provide primary care services to a spectrum of patients, from short-term rehabilitation to complex geriatric cases in skilled nursing facilities.
Participate in educational sessions, clinical outcomes reviews, and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Offer a full-time, in-person role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, with a pay up to $300,000 annually plus incentives.
