Mountain Valleys Health Centers seeks a California-Licensed LCSW for a full-time role alternating between Butte Valley and Tulelake locations.
Provide assessments, diagnoses, individual/group therapy, family services, and case management for diverse, underserved populations of all ages. Collaborate with community and social service agencies to connect patients with resources. Conduct crisis intervention, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. Maintain confidentiality, document accurately, and participate in team meetings. Qualifications include a Master’s in social work, psychology, or counseling, and a California BBS license. Must be able to travel 25%, obtain CPR, and work in person. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $76,000 annually.
