Job Description
This full-time clinical position requires an LCSW or LPCC to perform assessments, diagnoses, and provide individual, group, and family therapy for substance abuse and mental health patients.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) and monitor patient progress to adapt treatment plans accordingly.Collaborate with patients and treatment teams to develop comprehensive care plans, maintain accurate records, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and court hearings as needed.Maintain compliance with relevant policies, stay current with field developments, and ensure timely documentation.Work in Cynthiana, KY, with required relocation before start; in-person schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour days.
Pay ranges from $62,500 to $85,000 annually, with benefits including paid time off.
