Lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality resident care aligned with our mission of love and respect. Administer medications, oversee care plans, and ensure proper training and discipline within your unit. Develop positive interdepartmental relationships and support staff with training and guidance. Must have an active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania; experience preferred but not required, with on-the-job training provided. Work in a dynamic environment, involving residents, families, and staff, with opportunities for full-time or part-time employment.
