Nurse Practitioner (ER) – PRN

Job Description

This PRN position at Community Hospital – Fairfax involves providing primary and emergency care to patients of all ages in the ER setting.
Services include ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing treatments, and performing non-pharmacological therapies.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school and Masters Nursing Program (post-1993), Missouri RN and APRN licenses, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or TNCC.
Additional certifications like NRP, STABLE, ENPC, CATN, and GENE are recommended. ER or ICU nursing experience is required; ER or Urgent Care preferred.
Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Job type: Part-time.
Location: In person in Fairfax, MO (required to commute and preferred to relocate).
