Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive services, including wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric specialties, serving Rutland and southern Addison counties with nearly 400 employees across eight locations.


About the Role: A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, support, and advocacy for children and families in primary care settings, addressing social, emotional, and developmental needs.


Key Functions:

  • Offer emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.
  • Assess social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
  • Provide education on coping, disease management, and resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on best practices.

Requirements: Master’s degree in social work or related field, licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, etc.), pediatric experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
