Licensed Mental Health Professional (MHP)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional (LPCC or LMFT) at EOSIS New Beginnings in Waverly, MN, offering $62,005-$86,158 annually.

Assist primary care providers with mental health assessments and treatment planning.

Evaluate clinical status, develop prevention strategies, and collaborate on patient care.

Educate patients, families, and staff on care and prevention.

Monitor behavioral health programs and participate in quality improvement activities.

Attend meetings and support staff evaluation.

Requirements include a Master’s in Behavioral Sciences, 4000+ supervised post-master hours, and current licensure as LPCC or LMFT.
