Job Description

We are seeking a licensed LADC to provide clinical services for adults, including group and individual therapy, treatment planning, and care coordination.

  • Responsibilities include maintaining 245g compliant documentation, ensuring client safety, and representing the agency positively in the community.
  • Candidates should have experience with community-based programs, co-occurring disorders, and proficiency in the 12 core functions.
  • Requirements include a MN LADC or ADC-T license, 12 hours in Co-Occurring Disorders, and a clean substance use history for at least two years.
  • Preferred candidates have at least two years of experience working with co-occurring disorders.
  • This full-time role offers $55,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits like health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
  • Must be able to work in Grand Rapids, MN, and relocate if necessary.
