Job Description

Reskin Medical is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Portland, OR, focused on wound care.

As a Rounding Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you’ll manage a full patient load across Skilled Nursing Facilities, assisted living, and patient homes, providing direct care and implementing treatment protocols.

Responsibilities include documentation, communication with care teams, ongoing education, and maintaining certifications.

Requirements: at least 1 year of wound care and NP experience, wound care certifications (or willingness to obtain), strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
