Job Description
We offer a unique Associate Therapist position allowing Oregon Board Registered Associates to provide in-person and telehealth outpatient mental health services with flexible scheduling.
Work 30 hours/week full-time with benefits, choosing your schedule within weekly client preferences, often resulting in four consecutive days off.
Only 24 of the 30 hours need to be scheduled, reducing productivity penalties and allowing for comprehensive client care, including individual, family, and group therapy.
Earn between $62,000 and $140,000 annually, based on your chosen compensation structure and hours worked.
