Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to provide mental health support to individuals with severe mental illness, including PTSD.

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling using therapeutic techniques to promote recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health issues and coping strategies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Offer crisis intervention services as needed.

    • Qualifications include strong knowledge of mental health practices, experience with diverse populations, and familiarity with PTSD care. The role involves working in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics, with a focus on improving client well-being. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Prior experience working with severe mental illness is required.
