Job Description

We seek dedicated Family Practice NP or PA professionals to provide primary care to rural residents in Colusa, California.

  • Offer comprehensive health services including emergency, acute, rehabilitative care, and primary/family medicine in a rural health clinic setting.

  • Focus on holistic patient care, health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.

  • Responsibilities include conducting exams, documenting histories, prescribing treatments, ordering diagnostic tests, and counseling patients and families.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams, quality improvement, and staff education.

  • Full-time, M-F schedule, no weekends, with competitive pay ($75-$90/hr), benefits, and a supportive work environment.

  • Require California NP or PA license, ability to relocate, and adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols.
