Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

  • Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings.
  • Perform bedside procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
  • Contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications.
    Qualifications include Virginia licensure as NP or PA, with preferred wound care and home health experience. Strong clinical, communication skills, and reliable transportation are essential.
    We offer a competitive hourly rate ($55–$70), flexible schedules, ongoing training, health benefits, and paid time off. This full-time or part-time role involves on-site work and autonomous field visits.
