Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, traveling role across Uvalde, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Kingsville, and Corpus Christi.

  • Provides high-quality wound assessments, develops care plans, and performs procedures like debridement and skin grafts.
  • Monitors patient vital signs, assesses for complications, and educates patients and families on wound management.
  • Documents interactions accurately using ICD-10 coding and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
  • Must be willing to travel; mileage and overnight expenses are reimbursed.
  • Ideal candidates have wound care experience, proficiency in assessments, and familiarity with coding; experience in adult, Home Health, LTC, or dementia care is advantageous.
  • Offers a competitive salary starting at $175,000 annually.
