Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.
Provide high-quality mental health services through assessments, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions.
Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support client goals.
Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care and coordinate referrals to community resources.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, current state licensure, knowledge of behavioral health principles, and experience in individual and group counseling.
Familiarity with psychopharmacology, cultural competence, and strong communication skills are preferred.
