Job Description
We are seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.
Deliver face-to-face primary care services to diverse patient populations, including complex geriatric cases.
Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews to enhance care quality.
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to optimize patient outcomes.
