Job Description

The Physician (Professional Exempt) role at Mountain Valleys Health Centers offers a salary of $225,000-$275,000 plus a $100,000 signing bonus and additional incentives.
Reports to the Medical Director and supervises clinical staff including mid-levels, RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
Provides outpatient medical care, performs physical exams, orders diagnostics, and implements treatments, supporting dental services if available.
Requires a medical degree, current California license, CPR, ACLS, DEA, and preferably board certification in family practice.
Key duties include patient history-taking, physical exams, diagnostics, patient education, supervision of mid-level providers, and ensuring quality care.
Must maintain licenses, follow confidentiality, and adhere to professional standards.
