Job Description
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with Pediatric Experience to provide direct patient care in a rural community health clinic.
Under medical director supervision, perform primary care, including ob/gyn, pediatrics, and adult services, and support pregnant women and infants through outreach and satellite clinics.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, participate in outreach and training, and manage statistical reporting for funding agencies.
Qualifications include current California FNP license, CPR certification, community clinic experience, and cultural understanding of Native American communities.
Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, communication, professionalism, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a focus on quality and safety.
Position offers $150,000-$170,000 salary, benefits (401(k), insurance, paid time off), relocation assistance, and opportunities for loan repayment programs.
Work location requires in-person presence in Redwood Valley, CA, with relocation before starting.
