Job Description

We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide advanced neonatal care within a regional NICU network in California’s Central Valley.

  • Serve a defined patient population as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate, collaborating with neonatologists under established protocols.
  • Mainly support a Level III NICU with opportunities to rotate through Level IV and other Level III NICUs in the region.
  • Work in a large, multi-facility system supporting high-volume neonatal admissions and access to pediatric subspecialists.
  • Preferred candidates have 5+ years of NICU experience or new graduates with strong clinical knowledge. Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Require a Master’s in Nursing, accredited NNP program completion, active California RN and NP licensure, and certifications including BLS, NRP, and national NP certification within 6 months.
