We offer outpatient Family Medicine with no weekends or holidays, focusing on diverse, underserved, and uninsured patients.
Our team includes internists, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, midwives, optometrists, podiatrists, dentists, psychologists, and advanced practitioners.
We are NCQA accredited and PCMH certified.
