Shasta Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Redding, CA, is seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative private practice with over 30 years of experience.

Our multidisciplinary group offers orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practice and referring nonoperative cases.

We provide ancillary income opportunities, hospital call options, and a first-year guaranteed salary of $250,000–$350,000, with partnership and productivity-based income after one year.

Openings include general orthopedics and subspecialties like hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement. Requirements include California medical license and willingness to work in a private practice environment.
