Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor responsible for delivering resident care using nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation under physician guidance.
Performs assessments, administers treatments and medications, documents resident progress, and ensures infection control and safety standards.
Supervises CNAs and LPNs, collaborates with the healthcare team, and participates in discharge planning.
Requires high school diploma, nursing degree, valid RN licensure, and skilled nursing experience.
Work environment involves moderate noise, exposure to contagious illnesses, and physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 8, 10, and 12 hours, with rotating weekends.
Located in Indiana, PA, with options for relocation and in-person work. Salary starts at $33/hour.
