Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to individuals and families.

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment and discharge plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Provide crisis intervention, coordinate community resources, and support continuation of care.
  • Assist in staff training and evaluate client needs for referrals.
  • Possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with relevant Indiana licensure.
