Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care and Inpatient role in Peoria, IL. This full-time position offers a salary of $120,000-$130,000 with Monday to Friday, 9-5 hours (flexible, no weekends).

Provide primary, preventive, and acute care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Document evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately.

Prescribe medications, order labs, and manage patient conditions.

Utilize EMR, dashboards, and telehealth tools for patient management.

Collaborate with staff and PCPs; ensure timely documentation and billing.
