Job Description

This role provides comprehensive nursing services under supervision, including client assessments, care planning, referrals, and health education.

It involves overseeing LPN staff, supervising tasks like medication administration and vital sign monitoring, and ensuring quality care and documentation.

Responsibilities include collaboration with community agencies, discharge planning, staff training, and program evaluation.

Qualifications include an RN license, an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred), and at least two years of relevant experience, with bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.

Must maintain confidentiality, adhere to regulations, and possess a valid NYS Driver’s License. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
