Rocky Mountain Care Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Boron, CA, managing Rio Tinto’s Borax Mine medical clinic.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing employee health and wellness, treating minor injuries and illnesses with paramedic support, interpreting lab and diagnostic data, consulting on injury prevention, and managing clinic operations and staff.
  • Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with 24/7 physician consultation available.
  • Requirements: California NP or PA license.
  • Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401K up to 4% match.
  • Salary ranges from $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
