Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Kids for the Future will conduct speech evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for children with developmental delays, primarily infants to preschoolers.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current Arkansas license, and ASHA certification or CFY. Preferred experience with young children with special needs.
Environmental demands involve lifting up to 50 pounds and physical mobility.
Kids for the Future is a family-owned pediatric center focused on nurturing growth and diversity, serving children across five counties in Arkansas.
Compensation is $66.70/hour with benefits like 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling, allowing the therapist to choose working hours.
