Job Description

Sign On Bonus $2500. Full-time RN Supervisor position available for a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Crescent City, CA. California RN license required. The ideal candidate will have skilled nursing experience and knowledge of assessment and QAPI processes.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, leading the Nutrition At Risk program, assessing resident condition changes, IV Med Administration, and documentation.

Pay ranges from $42.00 to $48.00 per hour, with an expected 40 hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, vision insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off. Schedule involves working weekends as needed.
