Job Description

Join Lifekind Health as an Internal Medicine Physician in Victorville, San Jacinto, or Rancho Mirage, CA.

Provide high-quality care to a complex patient population within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model.

Offer pain management using medications and referrals, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.

Supervise staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with care standards.

Work full-time Monday-Friday, with rotating weekend on-call, in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: Current California MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, active DEA registration, and CPR certification. Pain management experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits: $250k-$300k salary, 6 weeks’ vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and more.
