Job Description
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, this role supports routine patient care activities and performs clerical and organizational tasks in a nursing unit.
Assists with patient admission, transfer, and discharge; prepares rooms; transports stable patients safely.Ensures confidentiality, maintains supplies, and responds to emergencies and patient needs.Performs unit-specific care tasks, documents appropriately, and communicates effectively with team members.Replenishes patient rooms, manages inventory, and responds to calls and call lights.Adapts care to meet patients’ physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs.Requirements include a CNA license, BLS certification, 1+ year of relevant experience (3-5 preferred), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Work hours are from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
