Join Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Morrow, AR.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent boys with mental health and substance use challenges.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Integrate Christian values into therapeutic practices, respecting client spiritual needs.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in staff and professional development activities.

Support crisis intervention and engage with families for long-term recovery.

Qualifications include: current Arkansas licensure (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT), Master’s degree, 2+ years of adolescent clinical experience, and commitment to faith-based care.
