Job Description

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based roles for the 2025-2026 year.
Founded by clinicians, SPG offers a supportive environment with mentoring, collaborative client relationships, and specialized programs in AAC, CLD, and SLPA support.
Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000, with benefits including student loan paydown, clinical supervision, CEUs, professional development, health insurance, and 401K.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing reports, collaborating with families and teams, maintaining logs, and writing IEP goals.
Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA license/eligibility, background and TB clearance.
Settings are onsite in schools.
