Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for eligible students.
  • Provide direct therapy in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support students’ communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings and conferences.
  • Offer training and resources on speech and language development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.
  • This full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year and requires a Master’s degree. It involves in-person work to enhance students’ academic and social success through improved communication skills.
