Clinician (LSW/LAC) Full Time – Youth I/DD

Job Description

This position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus (restrictions apply) and free supervision for those pursuing advanced certification.

SERV, a leading behavioral healthcare provider in New Jersey, supports individuals with mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities to achieve independence and life satisfaction.

We seek an experienced Licensed Clinician (LSW or LAC) to develop and monitor behavioral support plans for clients with I/DD.

Key duties include completing assessments, creating treatment and discharge plans, providing individual and group therapy, and participating in treatment team meetings.

Requirements:
– Master’s level license (LSW or LAC), with full licensure expected
– At least 1 year of experience working with youth with I/DD
– Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and family needs

Salary is $58,206.33 annually.
