Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Counselor to provide support to individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges.

  • Provide direct patient care, monitor behavior, and document progress.
  • Conduct assessments, facilitate individual and group counseling, and develop care plans.
  • Manage crises and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive case management.
  • Offer grief counseling and maintain accurate medical records.

    • Requirements include a Master’s degree, at least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, and relevant licensure (LPC, LCPC, LMSW). Prior experience in mental health or social work, crisis management skills, and knowledge of substance abuse are preferred.

    This full-time role offers a pay rate of $42.14–$46.53/hr, flexible schedule, benefits, and requires in-person work in Twin Falls, ID, with relocation if needed.
