**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective wound management.
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention and care.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Stay current with evidence-based wound care practices.

**Requirements:**
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, NP license, and wound care experience.
• Strong assessment skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to travel for onsite and mobile care.

**Preferred:**
• Wound care certification and EHR experience.
• Knowledge of latest wound care products.
