We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide intermittent speech therapy services in patients’ homes, following physician orders and care plans.
Qualified candidates hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and are licensed in their state. Responsibilities include assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans, communicating progress to physicians, and instructing patients and families. They will also collaborate with healthcare teams, complete documentation, and participate in ongoing training and quality activities.
