Job Description

Seasons Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to serve Kalamazoo and nearby areas.

The role involves evaluating patients, assessing home environments, identifying speech deficits, and creating personalized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and refer patients for additional services as needed.

Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and perform other duties to deliver quality speech-language services.

Qualifications include: a master’s degree or CFY in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, minimum one year of clinical and home health experience, valid driver’s license, and CPR certification.

Compensation: Starting from $60/hour with benefits such as 401(k), matching, and flexible scheduling.

Work is primarily on the road, providing on-site services in patients’ homes.
