Our Class A OTR drivers, primarily based in the upper Midwest, enjoy weekly home time, consistent loads, and modern Kenworth trucks. The role offers an average annual pay of $85K-$110K, with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and bonuses. Requirements include a safe driving record, 1+ years of Class A OTR experience, and valid CDL A with endorsements. Hazmat and tanker experience are preferred but not mandatory, with training available. Drivers operate various trailers, follow DOT regulations, and communicate effectively with dispatch. This full-time position involves operating manual transmissions, loading/unloading freight, and maintaining safety standards, with a focus on long-distance travel across all 48 states and local deliveries.
