Job Description

The Physician at United Health Centers is a full-time, exempt role reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, providing comprehensive ambulatory primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatric to geriatric.

Benefits include a 4-day in-office schedule with 1 admin day, 208 hours PTO, 11 paid holidays, CME opportunities with reimbursement, and employer-paid insurance and retirement matching.

Responsibilities encompass patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, along with administrative duties like chart reviews, peer audits, and supervision of advanced providers.

Qualifications include a MD or DO degree, valid North Carolina license, DEA registration, board eligibility or certification, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Preferred candidates have 5+ years of experience and demonstrate a commitment to community health principles.

The role involves collaborative practice, quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, with physical and environmental demands typical of clinical settings. The position offers a salary range of $180,000-$210,000 annually.
