Job Description
Provides supportive leadership in training, evaluating, and coaching nursing and medical assistant staff, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.
Coordinates meetings, promotes staff development, and manages documentation accuracy. Supports onboarding, conducts competency assessments, and facilitates ongoing education. Supervises staff coverage, models best practices, and participates in continuous improvement activities using Lean tools. Assists with disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and provides leadership in the absence of the Director of Nursing. Ensures compliance with infection control, patient satisfaction, and billing systems. Requires California LVN license, healthcare experience, and valid driving credentials; bilingual skills are a plus.
