The role includes staff recruitment, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and facilitating professional growth. They manage resource utilization, participate in budgeting, and oversee quality control measures. Ensuring effective communication, staff scheduling, and competency assessments is key. They contribute to policy development, process improvement, and emergency preparedness, aligning with organizational values. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, RN license, BLS certification, and strong leadership skills. This full-time role involves a 5-day, 8-hour work schedule.
